The MTC steam shower sheet was used on nights before P-day. It was taped over the shower room entrance and all the showers turned on full blast hot. The result was a lovely steam bath. It seems like this may have been discontinued due to administrative involvement. At least it wasn't as bad as the rumored shower room swimming pool made with a sheet of plywood in front of the door.The other photo is from my Awaji Shima Christmas card series. I am jumping off a stack of rice straw holding a sign that reads, "Merry Christmas Awaji style." Awaji was the name of the small island in the bay of Osaka that I was serving on. It was one of my favorite areas. We rode 3-speed girl's bikes with white wicker baskets and lived in the house that the branch used on Sunday for church.
